The original 4-season design tent was intended for an American ascent of Mount K2 in the Himalayas and used as a safeguarding, maintenance-free base camp. Many of my groups over the years have commented that this tent is the most weatherproof, storm worthy, easy/quick set-up, and spacious design they have ever experienced or set eyes on. We mainly use two models of this straightforward, robust design. Our favorite models are the 10' by 10' and 8'X8'.
