SPORT FISHING SEASONS AT A GLANCE
- ALASKA TRIP PLANNING HELP
The
sport-fishing table that you will click on the link below
indicates some of Alaska's general fishing seasons. Specific
seasons throughout this vast state can vary management unit to unit, from
drainage to drainage, and from one season to the next.
Please
note: Before planning to do any Alaska fishing -
obtain a copy of Alaska's fishing regulations through the
regulatory Sport Fish Division of the Alaska Department of
Fish & Game. This can be done over the Internet.
Please
see that ballpark figures listed here may not specify the
legal fishing seasons and things can change with very little
notice. The table illustrates by and large when
fish are running, and when they are potentially most active.
Plan your trip accordingly by contacting the ALASKA RAFT
CONNECTION, other more specific fishing timetables,
and by obtaining a copy of Alaska's fishing regulations
through the regulatory Sport Fish Division of the Alaska
Department of Fish & Game.
