some great river trip menu plans. On fully guided float
tours we prepare fresh breakfasts of home
fries, omelets, and fresh picked blueberry pancakes with real
maple syrup... Easy Deli style lunches such as wraps with
fresh sliced meats, cheeses veggies, chips, and fresh fruit...
Remarkable Dinners including appetizers and deserts that leave
no leftovers - including Porterhouse or Rib-eye cut steaks,
Pork Tenderloin, Fresh catches of the day, assorted fresh
vegetables cooked in the fire (Zucchini squash, white corn in
the husk) and tasty after meal treats. If you get the

On exploritory floats or low water conditions and rivers having extended hikes or portages... meal plan is trimmed down weight-wise... we also reserve the right to make changes to meal-plans when running rivers with ultra-high Bear concentrations.
